Permits must for Trucks to enter into ports in Saudi Arabia
A permit for trucks is must to enter ports starting Today in Saudi Arabia, In its first phase, the project will be implemented at the port of Jeddah, appointments can be made through the Fasah online platform. Like and Follow Saudi Expatriates on Facebook
The project for this is being implemented in collaboration with the General Ports Authority. The new reform is part of a plan to improve the position of Jeddah Islamic port as a major commercial hub and to increase the quality of service.
- The new system aims to raise the operational capacity of the port with the help of state of the art technology, reduce the waiting time of trucks, reduce traffic congestion around the port and keep the port operational 24 hours a day.
