Tawakkalna response on 'Received first dose of Vaccine, Status not changed to Immune after passing 14 days'


A number of Saudi citizens and expats who received the corona virus vaccine in the Kingdom inquired why their status had not changed to a 'First dose Immune' despite 14 days passed after receiving the Covid-19 vaccine.



In response to numerous questions on this matter, the beneficiaries service account affiliated with the 'Tawakkalna' app said that immunization data is sent from the Ministry of Health and appears in our data. Similar : Tawakkalna clarifies on Immunized travelers, while returning to Saudi Arabia

- It is requested those whose status has not changed, to contact the Ministry of Health, so that the immunization data will be sent to our department.

- Earlier this, Tawakkalna explained that the health status of 'Immunized with First dose (Dark Green)' appears in the application for those who had not previously been infected with the virus and completed 14 days after taking the first dose of vaccine.

- The status of 'Immunized with first dose' continues for a period of 180 days from the date of taking the first dose, unless the doses are completed or the infection is confirmed, as per the instructions of the Ministry of Health.
