Saudi Arabia launches New 200 Riyals banknote on 5 Years anniversary of launching Saudi Vision 2030


The Saudi Central Bank announced its intention to introduce the 200 Riyals denomination note of Saudi paper currency, On the occasion of the five years Anniversary since the launch of the "Kingdom's Vision 2030", during the reign of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.



Saudi Central Bank said that Two-Hundred Saudi Riyals Banknote will be put into circulation from Sunday (25th April,2021), together with other current banknotes in all its denomination as official legal tender. - The Central Bank confirmed that this category was printed as per the latest standards in the field of paper currency printing. The new denomination is characterized by various technical inspections, high quality security features, distinctive design and the attractive colors, which highlight the design of this denomination.

- The Bank reveals that the new 200-Riyals banknote comes in gray color with a picture of the founder King Abdul Aziz Al Saud on the front side of the note, the logo of the Saudi Vision 2030 in 3D design in addition to Saudi Central Bank name including the banknote value in Arabic letters and Numbers.

- The back of banknote carries an image of Qasr Al Hukm in Riyadh city, Saudi Central Bank name and the banknote value in English letters and Numbers. Read : Tawakkalna app must for issuing flight boarding passes in Saudi Arabia
