Corona Vaccine will be provided in all regions of Saudi Arabia within 3 Weeks - Health Minister
The Minister of Health in Saudi Arabia, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, said that Corona vaccines will be available in all regions of the Kingdom within 3 weeks.
The Minister thanked Prince Muhammad bin Salman, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defense for his keenness and continuous follow-up to provide vaccines to Saudi citizens and resident expats, and his permanent directives to provide all of them with the best services.
He stated that, “What we see today, the gains made for the Kingdom since the beginning of the pandemic is an extension of one of the most important policies within Vision 2030, which is the policy (prevention is better than cure). Trending : UAE extends validity of Tourists visas for one month
- He explained that this policy consisted in intensifying precautionary measures, and confirming that human health first priority by providing safe and internationally approved vaccine in record time and making it available to all citizens and resident expatriates, Which made the Kingdom one of the best countries in the world in facing the Corona pandemic.
- In addition, the Ministry of Health Today announced, 149 new confirmed cases of the new Covid-19, total confirmed cases in the Kingdom are now 362,488 cases, of which only 2,772 cases are still active and receiving medical care, most of them are reassuring health conditions, with 401 critical cases, 159 new recovery cases, bringing the number of people recovering to 353,512 cases, indicating that the number of deaths reached 6,204 Cases, after 8 new deaths.
