 Saudi Police arrested a Taxi driver for taking Pictures of Female Passengers secretly

Riyadh police in Saudi Arabia has been arrested a taxi driver for taking photos of female passengers without their knowledge, a security official reported.

The suspect is a Pakistani national and he is in the age of 60s, he alleged posted the pictures he snapped on a social media networking application said the Major Khaled Al Kridis, the assistant spokesperson for the Riyadh police as per the report of Saudi Press Agency (SPA). - The accused was arrested in line with anti-cyber crime law and legal action were taken against him and the case has been referred to the Public Prosecution of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, said the official.

- As per the Saudi Arabia's law, taking photos or filming others without their permission is punishable by up to 500,000 Saudi Riyals including jail term of one year, as per the report of Saudi Gazette. Trending : Riyadh tops in Kingdom's Industrialized region with 41% of total factories
