Ministry of Human Resources explains the Method of Flexible Work system & Its Wage calculation

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Saudi Arabia  through its Twitter account explained how to join the flexible work system. Trending : Authorities in Saudi Arabia arrested 19 expatriates in Riyadh for violating Labor and Residency regulations




The Ministry of Human Resources stated that the flexible work program is a work performed by a part time worker for one or more employers with a specified number of hours, not exceeding 95 hours per month, and the salary here is calculated on an hourly basis.

- According to the Ministry of Human Resources, the flexible work system includes all age groups who can work according to this system, as well as all professions. It is possible to subscribe to the flexible work system by registering on the flexible work platform for the establishments. - The conditions for joining the flexible work system includes, The applicant must be a Saudi national, and the program is subject to the social insurance system, and contracts are required to be documented in the flexible work platform .




- The Flexible Work Platform also clarified that the registration mechanism for service providers in the online flexible work portal is by following steps:

1- Register as a service provider through the flexible work platform.

2- Attach the requirements

3- Create the contract

4- Enter employer / worker data.

5- Recording and verifying the worker’s data in (Absher / General Organization for Social Insurance).
