Video : Penalty on Workers Gatherings of 5 or More people at one place

The Ministry of the Interior stated that the penalties for labor gatherings include any grouping of workers within the houses or buildings under construction, or rest houses or farms and the like, other than their housing consisting of 5 people or more in one specific space and not linked to one residential relationship. The penalties were as follows:

In the first time for the violation, the penalty is 50,000 riyals for the establishment or the official, and for the attendance or who invited to attend or caused the gathering the amount of 5,000 riyals. Read : Returning to Normalcy from 21st June does not mean Corona virus gone

If the violation is repeated for the second time, the penalty is 100,000 riyals for the establishment or the official, and a penalty is imposed on the attendance or who invited to attend or caused an amount of 10,000 riyals.




The penalty shall be doubled the second time if the violation is repeated for the third time, on the official, and it is referred to the Public Prosecution, and the attendance and the reason for that are referred to the Public Prosecution. In the event that the facility is affiliated with the private sector and the violation is repeated for the first time, it will be closed for a period of 3 months. In the event that it is repeated for the second time, it will be closed for 6 months.




If the violator is a resident of the Kingdom, then he will be deported from the Kingdom and will not allowed from entering into Saudi Arabia permanently after the penalty imposed against him is executed. Read : Total Corona virus infections crossed 150,000 mark in Saudi Arabia
