10,000 Riyals Fine for Non compliance with Regulations, A Decision to protect Workers

The Minister of Human Resources and Social Development in Saudi Arabia, Ahmed Al Rajhi had decided to add a paragraph to the table of violations and penalties and the official newspaper published the decision to mark the start of implementation. The decision stated that not complying with the Ministry's regulations and decisions issued for extraordinary circumstances is a violation and punishable by 10,000 Saudi Riyals, The fine will be multiplied by the number of cases and workers.  Recommend : 4 Days Holidays for Eid-Al-Fitr for private sector workers

- According to the sources, The Ministry said the decisions aims to protect employees in the private sector from unfair dismissal from their employments, with implementation of precautionary measures.
