Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in Saudi Arabia launched an electronic service to refund Umrah visa fee after temporary Suspension of Umrah pilgrimage

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah confirmed the launch of an electronic mechanism  to request the retrieving of paid Umrah visa fees and service fees after the temporary suspension of entries for Umrah pilgrims from all countries into Kingdom of Saudi Arabia fearing the spread of Corona-Virus.




The Umrah service agents in various countries with whom the applicants applied for Umrah visas can apply for refund online with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah said the Ministry. See Also : Saudi Arabia suspends all International flights till March 30

- Those who have any claims to review the local Umrah pilgrims in their countries, indicating those who have any questions or inquiry on this process can call the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah service center (00966920002814) or email to mohcc@haj.gov.sa




- Saudi Arabia had previously announced a number of precautionary measures to prevent the spread of Corona-Virus into the Kingdom.
