Implementation of Saudization on all Insurance Product Sales jobs
The decision of Saudization on all positions related to sales of insurance products takes effect on Monday, April 15, according to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. Recommend : Neom workforce is expected to increase by 200,000 by next year
The decision is being implemented by the ministry in collaboration with the Insurance Authority with the goals of increasing economic activity in the insurance sector and providing employment opportunities for Saudi residents.
- The Insurance Authority will monitor the implementation of the Saudization decision from the moment it is issued until the goal percentage of Saudization is reached. - The Insurance Authority officially decided in December 2023 to Saudize all positions involving the sale of insurance products beginning in the middle of April. Workers in insurance who are not directly involved in sales are not allowed to collect sales-related commissions according to the decision.
