4 Penalties for Companies that employs violating Expats in Saudi Arabia - Jawazat


The General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat) in Saudi Arabia has assigned what the punishment will be for a company that hires expatriates who violate the rules, sends its workers to work for other people or on their own, or hires other people's workers. Penalty for hiring violating Expatriates :

The Passports Directorate said that a company that hires foreigners who break the rules, sends its workers to work for other companies or on their own, or uses other workers could face the following penalties.

1. Ban from hiring anyone for up to five years.

2. A financial fine of up to 100,000 riyals.

4. Defamation.

- The Saudi Jawazat said that people who break policies about residency, work, and border security should not be hired, accommodate, transported, or given cover for them in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

- It has been announced that people who violate rules about residency, work, and border security can be reported by calling 911 in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Riyadh, and Al-Sharqiya, or 999 in the rest of the Kingdom. Visit Saudi Expatriates Stories
