Start of Umrah Season for Saudi citizens, Expats and GCC residents


The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in Saudi Arabia announced the beginning of the Umrah season, Saudi citizens, resident expatriates as well as the citizens and expats of GCC countries, can now able to issue Umrah permits through Nusuk and Tawakkalna applications. This step aims to allow more Muslims to perform Umrah and visit rituals after the successful completion of Hajj 2023, in addition to raising the quality of services provided to them, in order to achieve the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

- The e-Visa for Umrah will be available on submitting a request through Nusuk platform, adding that their arrival to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia starts from 1st Muharram 1445 AH.

- Nusuk is one of the applications the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah launched to allow visitors and pilgrims to issue the necessary permits to perform Umrah rituals and visit the noble Rawdah Al-Sharifa, according to the capacity approved by the relevant authorities.
