Health consultant recommends Walking 10,000 steps daily

Walking is the best exercise for health, weight loss, and the prevention of modern diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, and cholesterol, according to Professor and research scientist on carcinogens Dr. Fahd Al-Khudairi, he gave advice to walk frequently.
