Public Security : Do not support beggars, so that their violations and illegal actions discontinue in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia


The General Directorate of Public Security (Al-Aman Al-Aam) in Saudi Arabia has warned against self-satisfaction in supporting beggars, highlighting that this helps them to continue of this violation and the spread of their illegal actions. Join Saudi Expatriates Whatsapp group







The Saudi Public Security through its official Twitter handle called on everyone to unite with the efforts apply to combat beggary and to stop giving to any beggar.

- The authority urged all to report cases of this violations on the toll free number 911 in the regions of Makkah, Riyadh and the Eastern Province and on 999 for the rest of the regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Trending : Saudi Arabia launches Transit Visa for Air travelers

- Earlier this, the Saudi Public Prosecution (Nayab Al-Aama) explained that those whoever practices beggary, manage beggars, encourage others, agrees with them or assist them in anyway whatsoever, in any of this an organized group that practices beggary, shall be penalized with the jail term of up to 1 year and a fine of up to 100,000 riyals.





- While expatriates who have been penalized with imprisonment and fine, except the wife of a Saudi national, husband of Saudi woman, or their children, after the end of their sentence, they are prohibited from returning to Saudi Arabia, with the exception of Hajj or Umrah visa, as per the provisions.
