Saudi Arabia tops Globally in export of Dates, Onaiza is exporting Dates abroad
Saudi Arabia leads globally and ranks first in the world in the export of dates, according to Abdul Rahman Al-Karida, the head of the international export platform for dates. Follow Saudi Expatriates on Google News
While speaking in Al-Youm program of Al-Ekhbariya, he said that, Onaiza platform for dates is a platform for exporting date abroad. Read : All types of dates contains high level of sugars for diabetic patients
- Today, the dates of the Qassim region in particular and Sukary in particular have become in great global demand and popularity, there are many companies and investors targeting this type of dates.
- He added that, the volume of exports last year amounted to more than 10 million packages of dates only and the Onaiza region provides an area designated for export, whether it is international or internal export.
- Al-Kardia further stated that, there are other services of packaging to be ready to be taken out to the Arab countries and last it was exported to more than 65 countries, which makes Saudi Arabia lead the world in export of dates and ranks first globally.
