Commercial fraud in any product is a Crime, which requires arrest - Saudi Public Prosecution
The Public Prosecution in Saudi Arabia warned of the danger of involvement in the activities of commercial fraud crimes, which will led the violator to arrest. The prosecution prohibits any practices with the intent of commercial fraud in the matter of any product. Follow Saudi Expatriates

- The seller, the person who spends the product for his account, and the managers of companies, associations, institutions and stores are responsible for what happens, added the Prosecution.
- According to Anti-commercial fraud law, every product that has been altered or tampered in any way, which has lost something of its material or moral value, after addition or removal, by manufacturing or otherwise, or in its nature, or gender, or its type, shape, element, quality, need, characteristics, source or amount, whether in weight, measure, size, number, energy or caliber is a fraudlent product.
- Earlier this, The Prosecution said that, this also includes every product that does not obey to the approved standard specifications, and indicated that the spoiled product is any product that is no longer suitable for benefit, use or consumption as explained by the regulation.
