Three clarifications from Absher regarding Password, Job title and Id renewal


The Absher platform in Saudi Arabia revealed the required steps to follow, in case of forgetting the Absher account password, or changing the job title, and the method of communication in case of refusal to renew the identity. Follow Saudi Expatriates on Whatsapp group







In response to one of the beneficiary's question about the procedures required if the password is forgotten, the Absher platform clarified that this requires visiting the self-service machines of the Absher, or booking an appointment and visiting the registration and activation staff at the civil status or Jawazat to update the mobile number. The Absher platform stated that, changing the job title or qualification can be done by entering the Absher platform account and selecting "My Services" then 'Civil Status', choose 'Communication Service', then 'Civil Registry Services' and sending the request.





- The Absher platform also interacted with a beneficiary’s question, in which one asked, I submitted a national identity renewal from the Absher website, paid the amount, and received a message that the request was rejected. How do I get the amount back?
