Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah and Madina tops in the list of Active corona cases in Saudi Arabia
Saudi Arabia's health ministry confirmed 5,873 new corona infections, 4,535 recoveries and 2 deaths, after conducting 192,486 corona tests in the past 24 hours and on 18th January 2022. Follow Saudi Expatriates on Instagram
Total corona cases registered in the Kingdom so far reaches to 626,808 of them 573,831 recovered with 8,910 deaths. So far the Ministry of Health has performed 35,722,998 corona tests since the beginning of the pandemic.
- Active corona cases in Saudi Arabia further raised and reached to 44,067 of them 454 are critical. Since Yesterday 66 people joined intensive care due to the complications with Covid-19. Trending : Only 30 days left to correct the status of violators for anti-cover-up system
- Riyadh tops in active corona cases with 12,658, Jeddah with 7,397, Makkah with 3,845, Madina with 1,856, Dammam with 1,325, while Hofouf with 1,286 active corona infections.
- Saudi government has so far provided 54.24 million (54,242,840) doses of corona vaccine all over the Kingdom through its 587 vaccination centers. Of them, 5.52 million (5,525,195) doses are booster doses and the elderly people received 1,928,369 doses of vaccine.
- The Ministry's official statistics reports more than 25.22 million (25,225,008) people received one dose in the Kingdom, while over 23.49 million (23,492,637) doses administered as second doses to the people. - The Ministry of Health announced that the Corona vaccine is now available for children from the age group 5 to 11 years, and that booking appointments is available through the Sehhaty and Tawakkalna applications.
