Only Fully vaccinated Students can return to Classes in person in August


The Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia has announced that students who received 2 doses of the vaccine against Covid-19 only will be allowed to back in school, once the academic year begins on 29th August. Join Saudi Expatriates Whatsapp group







This condition applies to both high and middle school students, excluding elementary and preschool students, who will be exempt from returning to school until 70% of herd immunity achieved through 2 doses.

- So far, Saudi Arabia has administered more than 28 million (28,091,592) doses of the vaccine against Covid-19 all over the Kingdom through its 587 vaccination centers, of which 19.3 million are first doses, 8.78 million received two doses. - Today, the Health Ministry announced 1,075 new Corona cases, 1,113 new recoveries and 11 deaths in the last 24 hours, bringing the total infections to 528,952 of which 510,107 recovered with 8,270 deaths.





- In the last 24 hours, the Kingdom had done 110,254 corona tests, so far, 25.33 million (25,337,033) Covid-19 tests done by the Ministry of Health since the beginning of the pandemic.
