Human Resources announces Working Hours during Ramadan for Public sector


The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Saudi Arabia revealed its decision regarding the working hours during the month of Holy Ramadan of the year 2021 (1442 H) for government staff. 



As per the instructions, the official working hours in the month of Ramadan for employees included in the list are set to 5 working hours in a day, starting at 10 AM in the morning and ending at 3 PM in the evening.

The Ministry explained that flexible working hours will be applied to employees in government departments, according to conditions, the most important of which is that, those who work remotely do not exceed 25% of the total employees. - While the groups most at risk of infection continuing to work remotely, according to the classification of the Public Health Authority 'Weqaya'.

- Division of attendance of the employees at the workplace are in 3 groups, first group from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, second group from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM and the third group 11:30 AM to 4:30 PM and the continued presence of the employees as per the flexible working hours and the continuation of the work by suspending the fingerprint.
