Move to localize the Real Estate sector with 11,200 jobs in Saudi Arabia


The Real Estate General Authority of Saudi Arabia in partnership with the Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF) is working to announce a program to localize jobs in the real estate sector with a aim of training and employing 11,200 Saudi male and female nationals.



The authority had signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Council of Saudi Chambers in order to raise the efficiency of human capital in the real estate field.

- The deal aims to implement the authority's comprehensive strategy in the real estate sector in a way realizing the integration of its plans, initiatives, programs and strategies to support national cadres and provide them with more qualitative expertise to allow them take up jobs as per the highest global standards.

- Human Resources Development Fund revealed that the program aims to train and qualify jobseekers who wish to work in the real estate sector. - Saudi nationals between the ages of 18 and 60 with a valid national identity can enroll in the program. However, the program is not open for students or employees in the public and private sectors or those who hold a commercial registration.

- The program will be concerned with raising the skill of jobseekers in the professions of real estate with a theoretical and practical training courses specialized in the field of real estate sector. Those who will be passed in the training will be employed in various companies.

- The Executive Director of Saudi Real Estate Institute Eng. Khalid Al Hammadi said that work is underway to announce a new training way at the institute, which is specialized in real estate brokerage during the current year, to provide training to qualify professionally in the real estate sector. - During a remote session from Chamber of Commerce and Industry, he explained that the institute will grant professional certificates that allow the trainees to enter into the labor market with acquiring high efficiency, to be noted, real estate sector is the larges non-oil economic sector in the Kingdom reports the Saudi Gazette.
