Health Ministry's Spokesperson mentions the Incubation period of Corona in Adults and Children
The official spokesman for the Ministry of Health, Dr. Muhammad Al-Abd Al-Aali, said since last 3 months approximately, a decrease in the number of people infected with the new Corona virus was observed from the highest levels that were observed in a day, to record 10 days with daily cases below 1,000.
He said that the active cases are continuing to decline and are expected to decrease more in the coming period, pointing out that the total number of testings in the Kingdom reached to 5,406,136 accurate laboratory examinations so far.
- He emphasized that the health measures taken in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia were very fruitful.
- Al-Abd Al-Aali stated that the incubation period for children is same as for adults. The average incubation period of Corona virus is 14 days and it does not differ between young and old. Read : Saudi authorities closed 235 shops in Jeddah for violating Corona measures
- It is normal for a person recovered from new Covid-19 to suffer from tireless symptoms, as the original after recovery is that there are no symptoms or complications.
- He added that only a rare group has extended complications, as a result of passing critical cases and server health, they must be followed medically until the symptoms disappear.
