Clarifications from Absher on Iqama renewal, Final Exit Visa and Domestic Workers visas

By presenting the most prominent questions received for inquiries, the Absher platform said that if an exit re-entry visa for a domestic worker is issued and it ends without using it, the fine must be paid. For not using the re-entry visa and must pay new fees for issuing another re-entry visa.

- Regarding the inability to renew the iqama of the domestic worker due to the emergence of a message asking to update the passport data, the Absher platform said that, it must ensure that the passport information is updated in the system using the passport update service for residents, and then start the iqama renewal service. - Regarding the work of a final exit visa for family members and the desire to cancel it after a month with the expiration of the iqama, the platform clarified that canceling the visa requires that the iqama must be valid, noting that it is possible to stay in the Kingdom for a period of 60 days from the date of issuance of the final exit visa.
