In its response to one of the users inquiries, the ministry said through the application of "customer care", A worker can be transferred from a facility without the approval of the current employer in the following cases:

2. If the worker’s wages are not paid for three consecutive months.

3. If it is proved, intend to harm the worker by reporting him missing from work (Huroob).
