Longest International Trip in the world for the return of 187 Saudi citizens from United States

The longest international trip of 42 hours in the world with Saudi Arabian Airlines flight for the return of Saudi citizens from America is touched down at Riyadh's King Khalid International Airport with 187 Saudi citizens stranded in the United States.




The flight was from Los Angeles in USA and was led by 4 air crews, 8 pilots and co pilots, 43 navigators and 35 attendants, This comes in accordance with the directives of the leadership represented by Saudi Arabia's King and in the interest of the safety and health of its citizens in light of the outbreak of Coronavirus.

- The flight is one of the longest international flight in the world, Upon their arrival to the Kingdom, They were received by the head of the General Authority of Civil Aviation and assistant chief of the executive committee for operations and a number of government officials.




- Immediately after the arrival of Saudi citizens at the airport, All health and preventive measures were applied and to combat with coronavirus. The Ministry of Health has allocated a checkpoint through which all incoming passengers pass through the thermal camera device to ensure the safety of all passengers.

- Passengers then direct to the buses allocated for them, then they shifted to the guesthouses prepared by the Ministry of Tourism and supervised by Ministry of Health for a period of 14 days. The citizens expressed their anxiety over their arrival to the homeland, extended their thanks and appreciation to the leadership for the care and attention they received during their stay abroad until arrived in the Kingdom.
