A Father and his 7 children killed in a Tragic accident in Hail
A tragic traffic accident in Al-Shannan governorate, Hail Region, claimed the lives of a Saudi citizen and his seven children. Tragically, Sattam Faihan Al-Katfa and his family lost everything in a car fire that engulfed their vehicle. Everyone in the family—all eight—died instantly.

Relatives shared Sattam’s final words, which he posted earlier on his social media account. In his last message, he asked people to pray for him, forgive him, and remember him after his death. He wrote, “The first and last will when I die: do not deprive me of your prayers. Forgive me, the world has become scary. Excuse me, for death does not ask permission.”
Local figure Assaf Al-Lahab also mourned the family on the X platform (formerly Twitter). He wrote with sadness about the passing of his cousin, Sattam bin Faihan bin Musharraf Al-Kutfa, and his seven children, praying that God grants them mercy, forgiveness, and Paradise.
Funeral prayer times for the deceased family will be announced later.
