LuLu Worker Goes from Security to Manager, Wins Yusuff Ali’s Praise

A long-serving Saudi employee was honored by LuLu Group chairman M.A. Yusuff Ali for receiving a bachelor's degree in business administration while working full-time. It was a wonderful gesture of acknowledgment.

After successfully managing his education and employment, Zaid Battal Al-Subaiee, a security supervisor at LuLu since 2009, has just graduated from King Faisal University in Al Ahsa.

Over his 17 years with the retail giant, he worked his way up to become the regional administration manager. Trending: Qiwa allows 60-days period to correct status before reporting "Absent From Work"

An example of dedication:

The honor was presented to Zaid at the Dammam grand inauguration of LuLu's new hypermarket, where Yusuff Ali lauded his accomplishments as models of self-discipline, perseverance, and progress.

Zaid's achievement is an inspiration to the entire organization and an example of his determination, according to Yusuff Ali.

The Saudi Ministry of Human Resources sponsored Zaid's education as part of a program to help working professionals continue their education.

"I couldn't have done it without Lulu's encouragement and support," Zaid reflected on his accomplishment, which showcases the power of perseverance, seizing opportunities, and the significance of a helpful workplace. See Also: New Saudi work visa classification
