Saudi Health Ministry reveals Dress code rules for its staff


The Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia announced the rules for how medical staff working for the health ministry should dress at workplace. Most Viewed video : No refund on cancellation of Exit Re Entry visa



The ministry's new rules said that employees had to be properly dressed with a decent appearance, and follow proper public behavior during work and at work place. 

- The staff is not allowed to wear pajamas, men's shorts, or clothes with offensive meanings or drawings, and they should not have weird hairstyles either. They should also take care of their own personal hygiene.

- The regulations also specified that women had to cover their heads with something opaque, not wear clothes that were too tight, too open, or too short, or chains or phrases. Recommend : 5 years prison for an expat in charge of money laundering

- The rules also said that women should not wear too much makeup, manicures, nails, or perfumes, and that the coat should be wide and long to the knee.

- The ministry said that people should not wear their work clothes in public places during breaks or outside of work hours.
