Zakat Authority announces the opening of Al-Durra port between Jordan and Saudi Arabia


The Zakat Tax and Customs Authority in Saudi Arabia announced the reopening of the Al-Durah port in Haql Governorate of the Tabuk region, after the completion of maintenance work that necessitated the closure of the port on Sunday, December 26th.







The authority said in an official statement on its website, that the port will start providing its services to all travelers, importers and exporters, starting Today, Wednesday, February 9, 2022, from 12:00 noon, Saudi time. - The authority further added that the completion rate of the maintenance work witnessed by the port during the closing phase was 100%, before the scheduled reopening date. The port has been prepared to receive travelers with continuous cooperation and coordination from all parties operating in it.





- After the closure of the Al-Durah port, the authority called on travelers heading to the port from the Saudi and Jordanian sides to go to the "Halet Ammar" port in the Tabuk region or the Haditha port in the Al-Jawf region of the Kingdom.
