Expatriates in Saudi Arabia can now buy one Property in the Kingdom


Legal residents of Saudi Arabia, Non-Saudis (Expatriates) can now own a single property in the Kingdom, the Absher platform has set out 3 conditions that must be fulfilled by expats in order to buy a property in the Kingdom.







According to Absher, the service allows residents to apply for permit to own a property in Saudi Arabia, listing the below 3 conditions.

1. An expatriate or foreigner in the Kingdom must have a valid and unexpired residence identity (iqama) or Muqeem. Trending : Jawazat allows expats to issue exit re-entry, final exit visas through Absher

2. The resident should provide all information regarding the property along with a copy of title deed.





3. Expatriate or Foreigner must not have any other property in the Kingdom.

The Absher platform stated that the service can be availed by accessing 'My Services' on the Absher, then "Services", select "General Services", and then "Application for owning real estate for non-Saudis". Recommend : Tawasul service in Absher
