More than 2 million people Vaccinated with Anti-Corona Vaccine in Saudi Arabia


The Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia announced that more than 2 million (2,082,780) people have been vaccinated through 500 vaccination centers with the approved Corona vaccines in the Kingdom.



Earlier, The health ministry explained that taking Corona vaccine would significantly reduce the death rate by up to 84%.

- The death rate after taking the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine reaches 72%, this can be achieved in 14 to 20 days after taking the vaccine, while the percentage raises to 84% after taking 2nd dose of vaccine in between 21 to 27 days. - In a response to one inquiry, The Ministry of Health clarified that taking antibiotics is not a contradiction to receive the vaccine, the Corona vaccine should be postponed for those who are suffering from a high temperature of more than (38.5) degrees, pointing out that penicillin sensitivity does not prevent vaccination. 

- Health Ministry also clarified that penicillin allergy is not considered a contraindication to the vaccine, and it is not allowed to take either of the two vaccines, Pfizer and AstraZeneca for those who have a known hypersensitivity to the 2 vaccines or one of their components, after the first dose, The vaccine is being monitored.

- Yesterday, Saudi Arabia reports 351 new Covid-19 infections, 239 recoveries and 7 deaths, The total number corona virus cases in the Kingdom reaches 382,059 with 372,456 recoveries and 6,563 deaths. Most Viewed : Saudi Airports to resume international flights normally from 17th May 

- By Yesterday, The active corona cases in Saudi Arabia raised to 3,040, out of which 553 cases are in critical condition. 44,953 Covid-19 tests have been done in the last 24 hours, total number of tests crossed 14 million (14,272,412).
