Procedure to Complain to Telecom service provider online using CITC

The Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) offers a unique online method for submitting complaints to your telecom service providers without the need to visit their offices, using only the CITC portal. You can complain to any of the Saudi telecoms, like STC, Mobily, Zain, Go, Bayanat Al Oula, Integrated Telecom, Virgin, Lebara, etc. The telecom operators have to solve your complaint within 15 days. To add a complaint with your telecom operator:

1. Visit CITC portal by following this link

2. Click on "Submit Complaint". After that, choose either "Person" or "Business"; if you are an individual, you can select "Person." Similar: Free sim at Saudi airports

- On the next page, You can log in to NIC with your iqama number. If you do not have one, You can register one by entering your iqama number and expiry date.

- On the next page, Verify your mobile number with the OTP sent. Recommend: No more unlimited plans on sim cards

- On the next page, You will see all numbers on your iqama. You can click on 'Submit Complaint' next to the number that is not yours.

- It will redirect you to the next page where you need to select some details like service type ('voice' or 'internet') and then complaint type 'Financial objections,' 'canceling number,' 'bad service,' 'not activating the service or applying its benefits, Number or service added without request, Transfer number '.
