Visit the official website of MOI (Ministry of Interior), kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Which is at http://www.moi.gov.sa
After following the above link, enter the Iqama number in the first box and the image code in the other. Click on VIEW. Now you can see the validity of your iqama just above that box, as shown in the image below.

You can also inquire in this way:
1. Select ENGLISH as the language from the MOI website (www.moi.gov.sa) and find Electronic Inquiries (top Menu) just beside Eservices.
2. Click on Electronic Inquiries, select the PASSPORTS tab on the left side, and it will expand; then find "Query Iqama Expiry Service."
3. Click on "QUERY IQAMA EXPIRY SERVICE." Now you can see a web page with two input boxes.
4. Type the IQAMA NUMBER you want to inquire about in the first box, which is "Iqama Number."
5. Enter the IMAGE CODE in the second box; you can find it in the image below.
6. Click on VIEW to submit your inquiry about the expiry date of your iqama.
Now you can see your iqama validity or expiration date above the form. The form will not change. Just check the top of the form. It should be like this
Iqama is valid until :YYYY/MM/DD (expiration date is in Hijri Date).
