 Extending Final Exit Visa automatically for Free until the end of October


The General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat) in Saudi Arabia has begun to automatically extending the validity of the final exit visa to all expatriates, which were not used during the period of suspension of entry and exit from the Kingdom, without charge for those whose extension period expired until the date 31st October 2020.



This extension issued by the Minister of Finance, comes within the framework of the continuous efforts taken by the Kingdom's government in dealing with the effects and consequences of the global pandemic (Covid-19), and within the precautionary measures and preventive measures that ensure the safety of Saudi citizens and resident expatriates and contribute to reducing the economic and financial impacts. - The Jawazat said that the extension of the validity of the final exit visa for expatriates was done electronically in cooperation with the National Information Center (NIC) through an automated system without reviewing the headquarters of the Passports departments.
