Philippine Embassy in Riyadh is testing Passport Applications without Appointment

The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia informs the Filipino community in the Kingdom that it will test its systems by accommodating all passport applications (new and renewal) every Monday and Tuesday of November 2019.




Starting from 4th November to 26th November 2019 from 8 AM to 3 PM, The objective of the pilot project is to explore the possibility of removing the passport appointment systems and implementing a walk in scheme of all passport services.

- Only 250 clients per day may be accommodated during the test period due to machine and personal limitations. Clients will be served on a first come, first served basis.




- The Embassy wishes to encourage the community to download, accomplish and print the application form in advance to save time. Applications are advised to bring all requirement, including original Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) marriage certificate of the parents and birth certificate of the minor applicant.

- The Embassy reiterates that the system is at the testing stage and is meant to study the viability of implementing the walk in scheme of passport services. The Embassy requests the cooperation and support of the public.
