SAUDI ARABIA'S SUPREME COURT CALLED ALL TO SIGHT RAMADAN MOON ON 4th MAY 2019 (SATURDAY)

Supreme Court in Saudi Arabia has called its citizens and expatriates to inform the nearest court, if they spot the Ramadan crescent with a naked eye or through binoculars on Saturday, May 4th 2019. Trending : Public sector in Saudi Arabia to work for 5 hours during Ramadan




The Supreme Court of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has issued an statement online stating "The ministry invites citizens and residents to explore the vision of the holy month of Ramadan for this year 1440 on Sha'ban 29th, Saturday". Recommend : Surprising health benefits of fasting during Ramadan

- The court also said people who spot the crescent can also inform the committees formed in the area for this purpose reported Saudi local news.




- The holy month Ramadan is expected to begin from Sunday (May 5th) or Monday (May 6th) will be decided after sighting moon and it will continue until the first week of June 2019, during which worldwide Muslims start fasting from dawn to dusk. See Also : Ramadan in Saudi Arabia
