EID AL FITR WILL BE CELEBRATED ON FRIDAY (JUNE 15th, 2018)
Eid Al Fitr will be celebrated tomorrow in Saudi Arabia, UAE along with its neighboring MiddleEast countries as the moon of Shawwal was sighted in the Kingdom, shortly after the sunset.
The Supreme Court in Saudi Arabia declared Thursday (14th June) as the last day of Ramadan and Friday (15th June) will be the first day of Eid Al Fitr.
- Eid Al Fitr celebration begins after the fasting month of Ramadan ends. During Ramadan, Muslims are not allowed to have food, drinks and sex from dawn to dusk, which is an exercise in self restraint, intended to bring the faithful closer to Allah.
